The Luhui polyurethane rubber shock absorption and sound insulation pad LH700 is made from environmentally friendly rubber particles, elastic rubber fibers, sound damping materials, and PU polyurethane through high-temperature and high-pressure molding. It exhibits excellent acoustic performance and possesses outstanding sound absorption and shock absorption capabilities. The polyurethane rubber sound insulation and shock absorption pad is the core material of the floating floor sound insulation system. As a polyurethane rubber sound insulation roll produced using patented technology, the Luhui LH700 sound insulation pad is endowed with a unique closed-cell structure and a series of key acoustic characteristics. It can provide maximum impact sound insulation for the floating floor system. This sound insulation and shock absorption pad material has excellent elasticity, low natural frequency, and significant shock absorption effect; it has a wide range of hardness and excellent impact resistance; it has a wide rated load range and can be customized according to application needs; it has high tensile strength and tear resistance, making it durable; it has good mechanical properties, with more uniform load-bearing stress distribution and stable performance; it has good corrosion resistance, oil resistance, organic solvent resistance, and radiation resistance, ensuring a long service life.


construction process

1. Clean the base surface, ensuring it is flat, free of sharp objects, and without protrusions. If the ground flatness is poor, apply cement mortar for leveling before laying the soundproof pad.

2. Lay the soundproof pads. The connecting areas can be connected by overlapping or flushing. The overlapping width must not be less than 50mm, while for flushing, special glue must be used to firmly bond the joints. Seal and cover the joints with tape to prevent cement from entering through the joints and causing sound bridges.

3. Fold up the edges of the soundproof pad along the four walls, leaving a height equivalent to 2 to 3 times the thickness of the floating layer, and adhere it to the wall with adhesive. The joints of the folded-up part should also be taped tightly to prevent rigid connections.

4. Depending on different flooring requirements, decorative elements such as floor tiles and floorboards can be laid.
